Vince Delmonte is the man behind this program.  He’s a well-respected fitness expert, famous for turning his back on many of the supplements and other unnatural ways of building muscle, and taking the line that you cannot blame your genetics for how you look, you just have to do something about it.  He took his own advice and used his own program, gave himself a great lower abs workout and went from being skinny to having fantastic ripped abs.

This program costs $77, so what do you get for the money?  The first thing to say is that this is a fully digital product.  OK so you don’t get CDs or books, but going digital means you don’t have to wait for shipping from Amazon or whatever – you get access to the entire program via a members’ web page as soon as you sign up and then you just download whatever files that you want to take a look at.  You can of course save them to your own computer, and print the guides and books as you need to, as many times as you like.  Personally, I like this approach a lot, and if you’re anything like me, you will too.  You know how it is – once you’ve decided to do something, you don’t want to wait for a delivery in the mail – you want to start right NOW.  With this program you can sign up and start that lower abs workout this MINUTE, before you go cold on the idea – how cool is that!

Right, so what’s in the program?  Well, as a matter of fact, a heck of a lot considering the price – all of this stuff:

  • No-Nonsense 6-Pack E-Book
  • No-Nonsense 6-Pack DVD
  • The “Hard Losers” 84-Day Meal Plans
  • 16-Week 3-Day Metabolic Boost Program
  • 16-Week 4-Day Metabolic Extreme Program
  • 16-Week 5-Day Metabolic Overdrive Program
  • 4-Week Body Weight Conditioning Program
  • The 16-Week Razor-Sharp Abdominal Cardio Workouts
  • The No-Nonsense 6-Pack Fat Loss Virtual Trainer
  • The Fat Loss Supplement Watch Files
  • The 24/7 Six- Pack Coach
  • Unlimited Updates
  • No-Nonsense Private Member Zone Access

Quite a list, huh!  There is also an upgrade option, to the so-called “Ultimate” package, for an extra $30 you also get all this:

  • Your Six-Pack Quest Uncensored Audio Program
  • 16-Week Home Gym Workout
  • 16-Week Women Only Plan
  • 84-Day Cheap Meal Plans
  • 84-Day Veggie Meal Plans
  • Meals On The Go Power Shakes
  • “Camera Ready” In 7 Days Report

OK so now let’s get down to it and look at the good and the bad aspects of using the Six Pack Quest program for your lower abs workout:

Bad Points
To be honest, you’re going to get so much information in this program that it can seem a little daunting at first.  My advice would be to download, print and read one thing at a time – take your time to understand the exercises and what Vince is talking about.  He is a real expert and you will get a far more effective lower abs workout if you take time to read and digest the information.
Something else to be aware of – some of the lower abs workout techniques used are not exactly world secrets, and if you had some time on your hands you could probably read about 100 web sites and put together your own program, without spending the $77 or $107.  Personally, the time it would take me to do that is worth more to me than that – but it’s your call.
The font colors of the book are not to everyone’s taste – there is a lot of color variation – black, blue, orange and red – personally I would rather all the text was the same color.

Good Points
Vince has a great way of telling a story.  He really has lived the program himself, and it shows in his writing.  The e-books really are a good read, actually fun to read, which cannot often be said of lower abs workout exercise books!
Vince also pulls no punches – he makes it very clear that you are going to have to work to get that toned stomach and those ripped muscles – and then he goes on to help you achieve just that.  He goes out of his way to keep you motivated so you stay on track – this motivational style is just amazing and could mean that this program might just work for you even if you have tried other programs and abandoned them.
The other great thing about Vince’s program is that you really do get so much for your money – I especially like the fact that you get access to the regular updates free without time limit.
Finally, I love the iPod audio podcasts that you get with the $30 upgrade, just because I can listen to them in the car or on my MP3 player and keep that motivation going, you know, really “live” the program even when I am not exercising.  It sure helps me avoid temptation!

Overall Score

OK guys, for me, this is one of the leading programs in its class.  I give it 9/10.
Well, I hope you found this review useful.  Like I said at the start, do me (and yourself) a favor – whatever lower abs workout program you follow, make sure you do something about it today.  You can definitely do a lot worse than following Vince’s very professional program, so if you’re happy with what you’ve read, you can get hold of the “Six Pack Quest” by clicking this link: lower abs workout.  Best of luck guys!
