Lower Ab Workout Pains

Hi six pack seekers,

Just a quick post to mention something regarding your health and your lower ab workout routine.

When you are exercising, you are bound to feel a little pain, perhaps some stiffness too.  I am not talking about that here.  We’re not talking a little indigestion here either, but a regular pain.  Basically, if you regularly feel stomach pain, or for that matter if you feel any sudden pain while you are working out, then STOP.

You may have a problem and you should seek medical advice before doing any further exercise.

On the subject of stomach pain, I found an interesting note about this on a yoga website – here is a little excerpt:

“Abdominal pain is one of the commonly occurring short term pains. This is commonly known as stomach ache. This may be one of the symptoms of very dangerous disease so one should not take this pain lightly. It may occur due to the digestive problems like ulcer, due to pancreatic problems, due to liver, blood vessels etc… Medical advice should be taken if this problem exists for a longer period, as said before it may be the symptom of a very dangerous disease. ”
