Lower Ab Workout – Get Your Motivation Here!

You know how it is.  You see all those buff, tanned, ripped bodies on every billboard, on every TV commercial, in every magazine.  Even in the locker room, there is no escape as just about everyone you look at seems to have a six pack to die for.  You would so love to have a set of abs like the ones you see every day.  Then you look in the mirror and what do you see?  A white, smooth, belly, with no sign of any shape at all, never mind anything close to “ripped”.
