I think that one of the reasons the program succeeds is that it gives you a framework; something concrete to follow; a reason to exercise because you have a set routine and you know that you will be letting yourself down if you don’t get up and do those lower ab exercises.  It’s just the way we humans are, it’s the way the brain works.  You use the program to set yourself a little goal, then another one, and another one – then one by one you achieve those lower ab workout goals, and each little goal gives you a burst of pride and a sense of accomplishment.  Before you know it, that longed-after six pack begins to show, and then you really feel great about yourself – king of the world!

It’s basically a space where you can post a message if you want some advice, have a question about the program or maybe just want to hang out with other guys and girls on the program and be a part of the club.
