Today I’m going to give Vince Delmonte’s Six Pack Quest program a good workout itself. I’m going to look at the good points – and the bad. Let’s see if it really can help you get that great six pack. If you’re in a hurry, click this link to check out the program now: lower abs workout.

One thing before we start – sure, if you decide to buy this program by clicking on one of the links on this page, yes, I do get a commission – but listen up – I NEVER recommend anything I don’t believe in myself, OK. Now, if you’re serious about a lower ab workout for that great six pack, just read this no-nonsense review, see what you think. Look, you’ve got to make up your own mind on this – but whether you go for Vince’s program or some other one, do me a favor - make a start today, right, because if you never start, you’ll never get ripped abs. OK, on to the review:

Vince Delmonte lower abs workout - result!

Vince Delmonte is the man behind this program. He’s a well-respected fitness expert, famous for turning his back on many of the supplements and other unnatural ways of building muscle, and taking the line that you cannot blame your genetics for how you look, you just have to do something about it. He took his own advice and used his own program, gave himself a great lower abs workout and went from being skinny to having fantastic ripped abs.

This program costs $77, so what do you get for the money? The first thing to say is that this is a fully digital product. OK so you don’t get CDs or books, but going digital means you don’t have to wait for shipping from Amazon or whatever – you get access to the entire program via a members’ web page as soon as you sign up and then you just download whatever files that you want to take a look at. You can of course save them to your own computer, and print the guides and books as you need to, as many times as you like. Personally, I like this approach a lot, and if you’re anything like me, you will too. You know how it is – once you’ve decided to do something, you don’t want to wait for a delivery in the mail – you want to start right NOW. With this program you can sign up and start that lower abs workout this MINUTE, before you go cold on the idea – how cool is that!

Right, so what’s in the program? Well, as a matter of fact, a heck of a lot considering the price – all of this stuff:

No-Nonsense 6-Pack E-Book

No-Nonsense 6-Pack DVD

The “Hard Losers” 84-Day Meal Plans

16-Week 3-Day Metabolic Boost Program

16-Week 4-Day Metabolic Extreme Program

16-Week 5-Day Metabolic Overdrive Program

4-Week Body Weight Conditioning Program

The 16-Week Razor-Sharp Abdominal Cardio Workouts

The No-Nonsense 6-Pack Fat Loss Virtual Trainer

The Fat Loss Supplement Watch Files

The 24/7 Six- Pack Coach

Unlimited Updates

No-Nonsense Private Member Zone Access

Quite a list, huh! There is also an upgrade option, to the so-called “Ultimate” package, for an extra $30 you also get all this:

Your Six-Pack Quest Uncensored Audio Program

16-Week Home Gym Workout

16-Week Women Only Plan

84-Day Cheap Meal Plans

84-Day Veggie Meal Plans

Meals On The Go Power Shakes

“Camera Ready” In 7 Days Report

OK so now let’s get down to it and look at the good and the bad aspects of using the Six Pack Quest program for your lower abs workout:

Bad Points
To be honest, you’re going to get so much information in this program that it can seem a little daunting at first. My advice would be to download, print and read one thing at a time – take your time to understand the exercises and what Vince is talking about. He is a real expert and you will get a far more effective lower abs workout if you take time to read and digest the information.
Something else to be aware of – some of the lower abs workout techniques used are not exactly world secrets, and if you had some time on your hands you could probably read about 100 web sites and put together your own program, without spending the $77 or $107. Personally, the time it would take me to do that is worth more to me than that – but it’s your call.
The font colors of the book are not to everyone’s taste – there is a lot of color variation – black, blue, orange and red – personally I would rather all the text was the same color.

Good Points
Vince has a great way of telling a story. He really has lived the program himself, and it shows in his writing. The e-books really are a good read, actually fun to read, which cannot often be said of lower abs workout exercise books!
Vince also pulls no punches – he makes it very clear that you are going to have to work to get that toned stomach and those ripped muscles – and then he goes on to help you achieve just that. He goes out of his way to keep you motivated so you stay on track – this motivational style is just amazing and could mean that this program might just work for you even if you have tried other programs and abandoned them.
The other great thing about Vince’s program is that you really do get so much for your money – I especially like the fact that you get access to the regular updates free without time limit.
Finally, I love the iPod audio podcasts that you get with the $30 upgrade, just because I can listen to them in the car or on my MP3 player and keep that motivation going, you know, really “live” the program even when I am not exercising. It sure helps me avoid temptation!

Overall Score

OK guys, for me, this is one of the leading programs in its class. I give it 9/10.
Well, I hope you found this review useful. Like I said at the start, do me (and yourself) a favor – whatever lower abs workout program you follow, make sure you do something about it today. You can definitely do a lot worse than following Vince’s very professional program, so if you’re happy with what you’ve read, you can get hold of the “Six Pack Quest” by clicking this link: lower abs workout. Best of luck guys!

You know how it is. You see all those buff, tanned, ripped bodies on every billboard, on every TV commercial, in every magazine. Even in the locker room, there is no escape as just about everyone you look at seems to have a six pack to die for. You would so love to have a set of abs like the ones you see every day. Then you look in the mirror and what do you see? A white, smooth, belly, with no sign of any shape at all, never mind anything close to “ripped”.

lower ab workout - ripped jeans

It’s easy to understand why day after day you don’t do anything about it. Let’s face it, life gets in the way, and anyway, you have tried dieting, you have tried more than once to do some sit-ups or even a full lower ab workout – but nothing seems to work, right? You hate how you look, and you feel helpless.

I bet you would love to look in that mirror each day and cast your eyes on a set of defined, toned abs, knowing that you did it, you followed a lower ab workout routine and the end result is a body that you are not just pleased with – but a body that you really love. You would be one of the boys” in the locker room, proud to be there with your shirt off instead of covering up as quickly as you can in case anyone takes a pitying look in your direction. Oh yes, with your new, perfectly toned washboard stomach you would be able to hold your head up high – heck, you would even take your shirt off in the park!

If what I have said applies to you, do me a favor and read on because however many times you have failed in the past, what I am about to say really could make it different this time. You’re probably skeptical about just another lower ab workout program, and I can understand that if you have tried them and failed in the past. The thing is, I have a lower ab workout program that is in a league of its own. It has been used by thousands of people – quite likely some of the ones you see around the place with those amazing six packs. Oh, and the guy who wrote it – well, he was totally skinny and with no sign of any definition whatever, and he followed his OWN program and is walking evidence that it works. The program gives you full guidance every step of the way from where you are now all the way to the day you wake up with that fantastic six pack. Imagine how good that will feel, how good you will feel about your body.

You owe it to yourself to get off your butt and give this one a go, seriously. The sooner you start, the sooner you will get to where you want to be. Oh – that guy who used to be skinny till he followed his own lower ab workout program? Vince Delmonte is his name, and you can get all the details of the program by clicking this link: lower ab workout.

“I started to use your program and I got excellent results. I am now more ripped than ever. Girls keep telling me compliments about how I look shirtless.”

“I would say when getting started or wanting to move to a new level, not having his program is not optional.”
Richard Spies
Ontario, Canada

“I was disappointed with having the “skinny gene” but after buying your program I realized it does not matter what gene you have, it’s about commitment and having the right direction.”
Aaron Smith

I think that one of the reasons the program succeeds is that it gives you a framework; something concrete to follow; a reason to exercise because you have a set routine and you know that you will be letting yourself down if you don’t get up and do those lower ab exercises. It’s just the way we humans are, it’s the way the brain works. You use the program to set yourself a little goal, then another one, and another one – then one by one you achieve those lower ab workout goals, and each little goal gives you a burst of pride and a sense of accomplishment. Before you know it, that longed-after six pack begins to show, and then you really feel great about yourself – king of the world!

but, you know, even with a great exercise program you can feel a little isolated, working at home, which is why have started a Facebook page called the:

Lower Ab Workout Club

It’s basically a space where you can post a message if you want some advice, have a question about the program or maybe just want to hang out with other guys and girls on the program and be a part of the club.

Oh, and if you’re not in the program yet, now is a great time to join because of the special offer. Just click the big red button on the right and you will be on your way to that great set of washboard abs. Do it today because the offer is limited, OK.

My last post was all about how to choose an exercise ball, so this time I’m going to show you my favorite lower ab exercises that you can try out with that ball:

Lower ab workout - half way there! (photo: picasaweb.google.com/brianteaguereynolds9)

Abdominal Roll
This is my personal favorite lower ab workout exercise. Kneel down in front of the ball, put your hands out, arms parallel, and place your palms on top of the ball. Start to gently push the ball outwards, away from you, tensing your abs as you do it. Your body will gradually fall, and as it does so, just let your wrists and then your lower arms roll across the top of the ball. Remember to keep those abs tensed. Stretch out as far as you can, but don’t knock yourself out, OK! Just take it easy, and don’t go so far that you can’t easily get back up, because that’s the next step: gently press your arms into the ball and pull it back towards you, allowing your body to rise up again as you go, until you get back to the starting position with your hands flat on the ball. If this one is new to you, I reckon you will find it a little awkward at first, but believe me, it will become a favorite when you start to feel and see what it does for you.

Crunches
Now, if you’ve read anything about doing lower ab exercises, you will know that many lower ab workout routines incorporate abdominal crunches. Done correctly, they are great at developing your abs into a washboard stomach. Unfortunately, it’s only too easy for your crunch technique to deteriorate, so that maybe you are pulling up your head with your hands, which is a sure-fire way to injure your neck or back. Using an exercise ball helps you to maintain a safe technique when you do crunches of any kind.

Here is a great crunch exercise for you to try – lie on top of the ball, with your body at a 45 degree angle, in a straight line down from your head to your knees, with head in the air, legs bent and feet flat on the floor. Cross your arms and rest them gently over your chest – get comfortable and then we can begin. Tense your abdominal muscles and lift your upper body without letting the ball move. Go up about two feet, hold it there for a couple of seconds if you can, and then gently and slowly lower your body to the starting position, all in line again. Listen, just take it easy with this one – take your time and go slowly and you will get the most out of your crunches. Do as many repetitions as you are comfortable with.

Full Pike
OK for this one, the ball is in front of you, and you’re going to kneel down and lean over the top of it, then reach down and put your hands flat on the floor out in front of the ball, Now walk yourself forward on your hands, rolling your stomach and then hips and finally upper legs across the ball until your knees are centered on top of it. Now we are ready for a great lower ab workout exercise! Tense your abs and using only those abs, lift up your buttocks, and roll your lower legs across the ball as you go, until you finish up with your butt in the air and your ankles on top of the ball – attractive huh – but listen, if you want that six pack, you need to lose a little self-consciousness sometimes! OK, now gently, and I mean gently, allow your butt to come back down and roll the ball back too, until your knees are on top of it again. This can be hard at first, but trust me, it’s fantastic for building a six pack.

Well, I hope you enjoy giving those exercies a go – they’re just a taster of what’s on offer. You can take your workout to the next level today by clicking this: lower ab workout exercises.

Once you get going with your lower ab workout program, there is one inexpensive piece of equipment that I highly recommend and that is the exercise ball, also known as the Swiss ball or stability ball. It will accelerate your regime and also reduce the chances of you doing damage to yourself in the process. I’ve got some great exercise ball buying tips for you here:

First of all, it’s important to get a ball that’s the right size for you. When you sit on the ball with feet flat on the ground, you want your knees to form a right-angle, so that your upper leg is horizontal and your lower leg is vertical. If you’re buying on-line, you need to take the height of the ball, take off 20% to allow for it to squash a little, and the remaining measurement should be the same as the distance from the back of your knee to the sole of your foot. A guide at the about.com web site suggests the following sizes for different heights:

If you are 4′11″ – 5′4″, get a ball that is 55cm
If you are 5′5″ – 5′11″, get a ball that is 65cm
If you are 6′ – 6′7, get a ball that is 75cm

To be honest though, the leg measurement is the most important thing.

When you’re looking at the different fitness balls on offer, don’t economize too much. The good ones are toward the 30 dollar mark, which is still great value for the use you will get from it. Check it comes with a pump, and that it is burst-resistant, which all the good ones are. Also look for a ball that is made of thick, sturdy material – the last thing you want is something flimsy that you won’t have confidence in using. Finally, and I’ve left the best tip until last, take great care to get a ball with a textured, non-slip surface. So many people don’t take notice of this one and end up slipping and sliding all over the place!
OK, so when you have the ball, what then? In my next post you will find my favorite lower ab workout exercises with an exercise ball – don’t miss it!

Hi six pack seekers,

Just a quick post to mention something regarding your health and your lower ab workout routine.

When you are exercising, you are bound to feel a little pain, perhaps some stiffness too. I am not talking about that here. We’re not talking a little indigestion here either, but a regular pain. Basically, if you regularly feel stomach pain, or for that matter if you feel any sudden pain while you are working out, then STOP.

You may have a problem and you should seek medical advice before doing any further exercise.

On the subject of stomach pain, I found an interesting note about this on a yoga website – here is a little excerpt:

“Abdominal pain is one of the commonly occurring short term pains. This is commonly known as stomach ache. This may be one of the symptoms of very dangerous disease so one should not take this pain lightly. It may occur due to the digestive problems like ulcer, due to pancreatic problems, due to liver, blood vessels etc… Medical advice should be taken if this problem exists for a longer period, as said before it may be the symptom of a very dangerous disease. ”

Starting a lower ab workout can be hard. Staying with the program can be even harder, especially in the early days when it feels so tiring and you can’t see any results. Today I want to show you how to get over these obstacles, how to get into the habit of doing those lower ab exercises, and how to get a six pack you will be proud of.

teenage guy with an amazing six pack.
The first thing you need to do is get everything in place so that when the time comes to do your workout routine, you can literally just get down on the floor and do it. What will you wear? Put that pair of shorts and that tee shirt on one side now, in a place where you can just grab them and change into them quickly. Where will you do your exercises? Try a few places around the house to find out where you have enough room to stretch out in comfort and without interruption. Again, do this before you come to the time for your first workout. Do you need an exercise mat to make your comfortable? If you do, go out and buy one. All this sounds obvious, but if you waste valuable minutes looking for a pair of shorts to wear or going round the house looking for a place where you can lie down, or if when you lie down the floor feels cold and hard, it might just give you the excuse you have been looking for to put off that lower ab workout for another day.

The next thing to consider is your abdominal exercise regime itself. Decide what mix of exercises you will do. Whether it’s reverse crunches, hanging leg raises, alternating leg walks, scissors or bicycle crunches – you need to decide what you will do, how many repetitions and sets, and in what order. Write it down on a little piece of paper and keep this list in the place where you will do your exercises. Don’t be too ambitious either – start small, with baby steps, because it’s important in the early days that you have a routine you can finish. Later, once you are in the habit of doing your exercises, you can vary things, which will actually help you get a six pack faster, but in the early days it’s more important to stick to a habit-forming routine.

Talking of habit-forming, I want to mention a few words on the power of habit. The mind is a powerful thing, and you can train your mind as well as your body. It’s a strange but widely accepted fact that if you do the same thing at the same time every day for about 40 days, your mind will expect you to keep on doing that thing. Once the habit has been formed, the mind will refrain from tempting you away to watch TV or have a beer – because you have trained your mind to accept that your lower ab workout is what you do at this time every day, come what may. Take 40 days to build this habit by doing your routine every single day, without fail, and you will find that doing your exercises becomes part of your life and feels easier to do. Then, even if you miss a day later on for whatever reason, you won’t give up because your mind will be screaming at you to continue – you will have the habit!

If you enjoyed this post and are ready to get the habit, my advice is to strike while the iron’s hot and take action and start that lower ab workout program today - right now – and get on the road to your six pack.

A lower ab workout regime can change your life. Period. Stay with me for the next five minutes. We’re going to take a walk into your future.

Lower Ab Workout - Great Result! (courtesy of flickr.com/photos/23947480@N06/3404073685)

Imagine it’s a few months from now. You’ve been following a great abdominal exercise program including some killer lower abs exercises. You’ve sweated it, doing that ab routine every day, whatever your schedule. Now imagine yourself in the shower. You look down through the steam and smile – there’s no flabby stomach. It’s vanished. Instead, you’re looking right down over the contours of a real, ripped six pack. You can’t quite believe your eyes, so you take your hand and gently run your fingers over the contours of those hard abdominals. They’re real and they’re yours!

Later, out in the street where you live, it’s over 70 degrees for the first time this year, and for the first time since you can remember, you can’t wait to get out in the sun and show off that body. Neighbors, friends, even total strangers cannot take their eyes off that hot six pack of yours, whether it’s through that tight tee shirt or in the flesh itself. Visualize the looks of admiration from boys and girls alike as they admire your body. Feel the love, the adoration. You’re never alone! You feel great, like you could conquer the world, and it’s all thanks to that lower ab workout.

Physically, you are hot and you know it. Mentally, you rapidly gain confidence because of this, and that’s when some real changes start to happen in your life…

OK, enough about your future. But the reality is that most people really can make a major difference to their lives by becoming fitter, and a good abs workout, especially one that incorporates a lower ab routine, is a great way to do it. This is because you don’t just get improved physical fitness with an ab workout routine, but you also get something for yourself in return for your hard work – a terrific looking six pack.

Now, if after reading all that you’re thinking – “I’ve just got to get that six pack, I really want this, show me how”, then congratulations, because you have shown yourself that you will have the motivation to do this because you really want those hot abs. This is important, because if you really crave that hard six pack stomach, you’ll have a great chance of sticking with your lower ab workout routine until you make it.

Today, you have taken “step one” toward your new body – you have proven to yourself that you REALLY want this. The next step is to get a good ab workout program and make a start. Take my advice on this – do it NOW. Seriously, before life gets in the way, take action and make a start by downloading our recommended lower ab workout program RIGHT NOW. You can do it. But only if you make a start.
